Welcome Home Vacations, will do all of the following for you;

  1. Create an online booking page where your guests can book using credit cards or a personal check.
  2. If you already have a website, we give you a link to be added that goes to this page. If not, we create a page for you on our site.
  3. Offer a 1-800 phone number that you can give your guests to call.
  4. Answer phones and emails for your guests and assist them with reservations.
  5. Process credit cards at no charge to you (this is figured into your 15%)
  6. Send confirmation, directions and home info to your guest via email.

Through this, you will;

  • Eliminate the need for expensive credit card processing and machinery.
  • Eliminate the need for you spending your winter by the phone to answer questions and take bookings.
  • Elliminate lost bookings because no one was there to answer the phone.

We will also:

  • Provide the option of travel insurance to protect your guest and your reservation income.
  • Checkout guests, retaining their credit card number until damage survey is complete.
  • Provide Monthly and Yearly Accounting.
  • Disburse your funds monthly. Stays are disbursed on the 1st of the month, following the stay.
  • Collect, Report and Pay All Sales & Bed taxes.
  • Advertise your vacation rental on ALL related our websites and if you are in a new area for us, create a new website to put your own that represents your community.
