A wide deck wraps from the left side all the way around to the right, taking full advantage of the Sitka Sound's beauty. This makes it easy to get your best shots of whales, sea lions and more that frequent the waters in front of Seaside Gardens.
The lower level is comprised of an entry that has a small office area, 2 bedrooms and one bath. The upper level has two bedrooms, two baths, living, dining and full kitchen.
Two of the bedrooms have water views and the living, dining and kitchen have water views.

The living room has a fireplace and fire wood is provided.

There is high-speed wireless internet, satellite TV and satellite radio.

All bedrooms have their own TV.

The front deck has several tables as well as a fire pit with wood provided.

Parking is plentiful in the evening, but during the day is shared with the garden center.
